This was inspired by my love for the TV show "Psych". For those of you who don't watch the show, in the pilot episode, the main characters Shawn and Gus were talking in Gus' kitchen. When Shawn tells Gus they're going on a "road trip" of sorts, Gus pauses and starts to walk away. As he does this, Shawn yells after him, trying to encourage him that it'll be fun. Then Shawn grabs a piece of fruit off of Gus' fridge - a pineapple - and asks, "Should I slice this up for the road?" Ever since then, there has been a hidden pineapple in almost every episode of the show. It could be in a bowl of fruit, on someone's t-shirt, or even made out of horseshoes hanging up on a wall , like in the Wild West episode in season 4. That is why I chose to do a Pineapple Monster.
Also, I just love pineapples. :)

ReplyDeleteWell, a girl named Livia Scott videotaped herself as 365 different characters, one a day for a year, and she created them all by herself. If she can think of that many different characters, I can think of that many different Monsters. ;)
